Welcome to Homelike Krakow Apartments!

We are delighted to open the doors of our apartments to you. We do our utmost to create an atmosphere where you can feel at ease and comfortable—just like at home. We hope your time in Krakow will be exceptional and filled with inspiring moments.

To ensure a pleasant stay for all our Guests, we kindly ask you to review the following important rules, which help us maintain order, safety, and the high quality of our services.

Check-in and check-out: Your stay begins at 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
Security: Please make sure to lock the front door and close the windows when leaving the apartment. Do not leave valuables unattended. Homelike Krakow Apartments is not responsible for any items left in the apartment.
Quiet hours are in effect from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM. During this time, please lower the volume of the TV and any other sound sources.
Parties are not allowed – let’s respect the peace and good rest of all residents.
No open flames are permitted in the apartment. Smoke detectors are installed for your safety.
Sofa bed: For guests using the sofa bed, additional bedding and towels are prepared in the compartment under the main bed’s mattress. The mattress can be lifted using the handle located on the side.
City noise: During summer, city sounds may be more noticeable. For a better night’s sleep, earplugs are provided in the bedside drawers—feel free to use them as needed.
Waste disposal: Please sort your waste according to local recycling guidelines.
Cleaning: The apartment is thoroughly cleaned before your arrival. For longer stays, additional cleaning can be arranged (cost - 129 PLN). Alternatively, during our housekeeping working hours, a vacuum cleaner, mop, and cleaning supplies can be provided. Please notify us by 3:00 PM if needed.
Extending your stay: To extend your stay, please visit our website: www.homelikekrakow.pl or contact us by phone and send us your email address via SMS to receive an offer with a secure payment link. If you extend directly with us, kindly continue communicating with us only—not via Booking.com or other platforms.
Heating: The temperature can be adjusted using radiator regulating knobs or control panels on the walls. Please do not change boiler settings without consulting us—we’re happy to assist in ensuring your thermal comfort if necessary.
Tours and transfers: If you’re interested in local tours (e.g., Auschwitz, Wieliczka) or airport transfers, feel free to book online:

Check-out: On the day of departure, please vacate the apartment by 10:00 AM and return the keys to the same lockbox from which they were collected.
